While other kids came home from school and watched cartoons on TV, I tuned into Bob Ross and dreamed of painting the colorful landscapes he created day after day.
But it was my grandfather's love of photography that led me on a path toward capturing people and places with a camera instead of paints and brushes. As a serious hobbyist photographer with a dark room in his basement, my grandfather always seemed to be on a quest to score that next "great shot".
This had a profound effect on me and changed the way I viewed the world. Through my camera's lens, I began to see ordinary everyday scenes of life as magical compositions that could be turned into lasting memories!
After a brief detour into portrait photography, I felt called to return to my love of finding the most interesting and intricate details of nature. Now I hope to share my perspective of our magnificent world with you so you can be inspired to slow down and take a minute to appreciate the magnificent beauty all around you.

Yes! The 5x7" fine art print you'll receive is 100% fee. I just ask that you cover the shipping and handling fee so that your print arrives safe and sound. Unfortunately, these fees are hard costs I am not able to absorb, as much as I would love to be able to. But know that you are getting a tremendous value as I normally charge $25.00 USD for my 5x7" prints!
